Robert T. Criner was the first remodeler in the nation to be certified by the National Association of Home Builders (NAHB) Remodelers Council. The Certified Graduate Remodeler (CGR) Program ensures that a remodeler has fulfilled specific educational requirements, and subscribes to a Code of Ethics based upon professional workmanship and customer satisfaction.

  • We pay attention to the legalities. You will receive a full, detailed specification list outlining every aspect of the project. Everyone is protected and knows what to expect.
  • Our team is professional and courteous, neat and considerate. Our employees have a long term relationship (average is about 10 years) with the company. We don't spit, or swear and we always wipe our feet.

You have probably thought about this project for some time now. Maybe you're unsure of the direction to take or what options you have. We'll be glad to help. There is no charge for the initial consultation. After the initial consultation there is a minimum charge for work performed. We request a signed design agreement form before the start of any design work which will specify a minimum charge. The total cost of preliminary plans and specifications will not exceed 2% of the total project cost. This fee is waived upon a signed Criner Construction Company remodeling contract for the designed project.
