Why choose Criner Construction?

Recipient of the First National Remodeling Quality Award

In 1996, the first national Remodeling Quality Award program was jointly sponsored by the National Association of Home Builders Research Center and Remodeling magazine. It was modeled on the prestigious Malcolm Balrige National Quality Award given by the U.S. Department of Commerce to the country's best-run companies. Judging was based on seven criteria: leadership, quality planning, customer focus, quality management, human resource development, information and analysis, and quality achievements and results. Criner Construction Company, Inc. was the sole winner in the small company category.
